A. Daniel Skepple, Jr.- CEO/Founder- ADSjr Capital Group, Inc.

Daniel has sixteen years experience in the fields of software training, human capital development and performance management. He is the CEO/ Founder of ADSjr Capital Group, Inc. an organization founded in 2008 and incorporated in the spring of 2009.  The Capital Group provides a number of services to large corporations, small businesses and individuals in Northern Alberta.  

The Capital Group's software training services typically includes identification of technology gaps specifically in the area of new and emerging technologies with a particular emphasis on business applications, generational diversity and performance management.

Daniel is a graduate of the University of Ottawa, St. Lawrence College (Kingston) and is currently completing his MBA (Strategic Leadership) at Andrew Jackson University.  Daniel has initiated and spearheaded the development of ADSjr Capital Group pushing it toward a leading position as a first class provider of IT consulting and management services in Northern Alberta. 

In addition to his technical project management competencies, Daniel also utilizes his extensive training and experience in conflict management-resolution, change management, human capital development and performance management to successfully coach and mentor senior executives, project managers and project team personnel.  He has been successful at transferring his effective leadership approach to organizations throughout the Northern Alberta area.  Daniel and ADSjr Capital Group are deeply committed to collaborative leadership as well as the development and integration of best practices.
